What is Ransomware?

Ransomware is a type of malicious software that carries out the cryptoviral extortion attack from cryptovirology that blocks access to data until a ransom is paid and displays a message requesting payment to unlock it. Simple ransomware may lock the system in a way which is not difficult for a knowledgeable person to reverse. More advanced malware encrypts the victim's files, making them inaccessible, and demands a ransom payment to decrypt them.The ransomware may also encrypt the computer's Master File Table (MFT) or the entire hard drive. Thus, ransomware is a denial-of-access attack that prevents computer users from accessing files since it is intractable to decrypt the files without the decryption key. Ransomware attacks are typically carried out using a Trojan that has a payload disguised as a legitimate file.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF  FROM Ransomware:

• You are offline then you are 100% safe and nothing to do.

When you are connected to Internet or when you are enter in Online world then care about this Thing.

• Only visit trusted site. eg. https:// - Every URL must be started with https Protocol except blogging site.
• Don't click on malicious link like as promotional link.
• Keep in mind Don't open mail in SPAM folder. I recommended that first verify mail and then open mail or Download any attachment.
• Never open or Download .exe file from mail. It will be malicious software that harmful for your Computer.
• Don't Download Pirated Software from another sources. If you think I don't know how to verify this software is harmful for me or not then I recommended to you Please don't download. Reason: If you download any crack or pirated software then company will not be provide any additional help or technical support.
• Update your Windows and If possible then use Latest Version of Windows, because Microsoft improve own patch system day-by-day. (I recommended; use Windows 10 - version. -1703) 

SOME TOOLS FOR PROTECT YOUR DEVICE:

Use External Hard Disk: External Hard Disk is really useful. You can store  big data like as Movies, Games and other important file and documents. it's useful for your system. You don't need to always connected your Hard Disk with your system. so, your data will be safe from malware.

 

Use Anti-Malware Software: Yes, It is important to protect your device from Malware. I recommended Bitdefender Internet Security or Zemana Anti Malware both Software are best for protect your PC. 

Cloud Storage: Take clould backup and feel secure and access anytime anywhere. I reccomended use CrashPlan Data Backup
