• Install "before installation turn off "firewall" or "Antivirus" "

                          Because firewall or Antivirus Detect that It is "Malware"

                          but safe to Use 

• Wait for Connecting server 
• If one time, Server Connected then you can Access any Webpage.
• Minimize UltraSurf
•

Simply Remane http:// to https:// 

But you need to all time rename before accessing blocked sites.
